help?

so i've wanted to quit for years now, but the cig has been difficult to release. does anyone have some concrete steps i can take...the time is now, and even though i want to quit i keep smoking.
i appreciate the advise and help...

    Hi Courtney... The only advice I can give you about taking concrete steps to quitting is to STOP SMOKING! In your mind, completely eliminate the possibility of ever smoking again..... Decide to be a non-smoker and clench on to that.... Strive to become healthier because deep down you know it's better for you..... In my opinion, that's that's the only way to beat it.... Convince yourself that you're a non-smoker.....
