I was able to stop smoking by going through a medical study with UCSF Habit Abatement Clinic. They're usually taking new folks, so you can call and enroll.

It's medically proven that you can stop smoking with as little as a 12 week program of welbutrin and a stepped down patch regimen. This study provides all medications free, and they also offer participation incentives, paying cash for meeting milestones. It's a great program, highly recommend it.
As my friend said, "Honey, if you can stop smoking anyone can. That study is your fucking miracle, truly."
